The Sears House

This home was purchased as a kit through Sears and built in Galliver, Florida. They would ship all the materials with detailed instructions. Over 70,000 of such homes were built between 1908 and 1940, the period when Sears ruled the mail-order domain. It is still beautiful and has stood the test of time.
